Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Valley Kids Collective. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so your little one's new favourites arrive safely.

Shipping Within Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Branxton, NSW.

We currently offer the following shipping options Australia-wide:

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Standard Shipping – $12.00 flat rate (tracked) for orders under $150

Express Shipping – $15.00 flat rate (tracked)

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is finalised.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Processing Times

We work hard to dispatch orders promptly.

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days.

Express Shipping: Orders are typically be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during new collection launches, sales, public holidays or peak shopping periods.

Delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post are estimates only and are outside of our control.

Click & Collect

We offer free Click & Collect from Radford Park, NSW 2335.

Simply select Click & Collect at checkout. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time. Please wait until you have received confirmation before attending collection.

International Shipping

At this time, Valley Kids Collective ships within Australia ONLY. However, please contact us and we can discuss international postage options for you.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel appears to be delayed, please contact us at hello@valleykidscollective.com.au and we will happily assist you in locating your shipment using the tracking information.

While we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues, Valley Kids Collective cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss or damage that occur once a parcel has been handed over to Australia Post.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs so we can assist you in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post where appropriate.
