WHAT WE ACCEPT FOR CONSIGNMENT
To maintain the quality expected by Valley Kids Collective customers, we only accept items graded from Brand New With Tags through to Very Good Used Condition.
Submitting an item does not guarantee acceptance. Every piece is individually assessed by Valley Kids Collective before being approved for sale.
FINAL CONDITION GRADING
Valley Kids Collective determines the final condition grade, listing description and sale price of every accepted item.
The condition selected by the consignor is a guide only and may be changed following inspection. Any accepted minor imperfections will be disclosed to customers and considered when pricing the item.
ITEMS THAT DO NOT MEET OUR STANDARDS
Items that are not accepted will be handled according to the return, donation or recycling preference selected in your Consignment Booking Form.
Please do not include items you would be uncomfortable having donated or responsibly recycled if they are unsuitable for resale.
