At Valley Kids Collective, every preloved item is individually inspected, graded and photographed before it is listed for sale.
We believe in complete transparency, so any noticeable flaws or imperfections will be clearly described in the product listing and photographed wherever possible. Every item is priced according to its condition, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before purchasing.
NAMES & LABELS
As many of our items are pre-loved, you may occasionally receive clothing with a child's name or initials on the inside tag.
The following are not considered faults:
- Names or initials written on hanging neck tags.
- Names or initials written on inside care labels.
- Iron-on name labels attached to removable neck or care tags.
Because these labels are hidden when the item is worn and can easily be removed, they are not individually disclosed or considered to affect the item's condition.
However, names, stamps or labels that have been written, stamped or applied directly onto the fabric and cannot be removed without damaging the garment are considered a condition fault. Where present, these will always be disclosed in the product description and reflected in the item's condition grading and price.
OUR PROMISE
Every item is carefully inspected before it is listed for sale.
We aim to:
- Grade every item consistently and fairly.
- Clearly disclose noticeable imperfections.
- Include supporting photographs wherever possible.
- Price each item according to its condition.
- Never intentionally hide damage or signs of wear.
Please remember that preloved clothing has already been loved by another family, and while we inspect every item carefully, very minor imperfections may occasionally be missed.
