Valley Kids Collective uses Australia Post to deliver all parcels.

DELIVERY
Valley Kids Collective offers two shipping options:
1) $9.95 flat rate standard postage Australia wide, in a satchel with tracking number.
2) $14.95 flat rate express postage Australia wide, in a satchel with tracking number.

Postage fees will be displayed and added to your order before you make payment and confirm your order.

 

All orders are shipped from Branxton, NSW. 
Orders with standard delivery are usually shipped within 3 business days. 
Express delivery will be shipped the following business day.

LOCAL PICK UP
Local pick up is available from our premises in Radford Park, 2335 New South Wales. Please select the pick-up option at checkout for free collection. Please ensure we have agreed on a pick-up time before coming to collect your goods.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately we only ship within Australia.

DELAYED DELIVERIES
If delivery of your item is delayed, you can email Ash at hello@valleykidscollective.com.au to help locate it. However, Valley Kids Collective will not be held liable for any parcels that get lost in transit or damaged. We take no responsibility for the goods once they are posted.
