Photo & Handling Fee Agreement

Valley Kids Collective – “Sell With Us” Consignment Program

By enrolling in the Sell With Us consignment program with Valley Kids Collective, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. One-Time Photo & Handling Fee

   A non-refundable fee of $20.00 is required at the time of enrollment. This fee applies to each six (6) month consignment period

2. Purpose of the Fee

   The $20.00 fee covers the administrative and operational services required to prepare your items for resale, including but not limited to:

   • Photographing each accepted item

   • Individually pricing each item

   • Uploading and listing items on the Valley Kids Collective website

   • Laundering and preparing each clothing item for sale

   • General handling, processing, and inventory management

3. Non-Refundable Nature of the Fee

   The Photo & Handling Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

   • Items that do not sell during the six (6) month consignment period

   • Early termination of the consignment agreement by the consignor

   • Withdrawal of items prior to the end of the consignment term

4. Consignment Term

   The consignment period is six (6) months from the date items are accepted into inventory. The $20.00 fee applies for the full duration of this term regardless of sales performance.

By participating in the Sell With Us program, you confirm that you understand and accept the terms outlined above.
